Eldeco Powers Up Milo’s Tea Company’s New 208,000-Square-Foot Facility
Eldeco provided complete electrical installation for Milo’s Tea Company’s new 208,000-square-foot facility, including a two-story office building and GMP-compliant wastewater treatment plant. Services included Design-Assist, BIM coordination, underground raceways, grounding, power distribution, lighting and controls, site lighting, fire alarm, heat tracing, and lightning protection.
Key components of the installation included:
- (4) utility transformer secondary feeders
- (3) 4000A switchboards serving building, process, and refrigeration loads
- (5) 300HP refrigeration compressor feeders
- (9) distribution panels, (6) lighting panels, and (13) receptacle panels
- Low voltage cable tray and raceway system
