Designed lighting layout, single line diagrams, complete drawing set, BIM modeling, electrical engineering consulting, value engineering as well as installation of the designed electrical system.

Eldeco was able to keep this intense schedule by attending weekly design meetings to appropriately define the needs of the customer. Information from the design meetings was used to develop single lines, power distribution layout, lighting design, and BIM model. A challenge we overcame was the lobby of Customer Experience Center (CEC) had a very modern design. The roof was outfitted with hanging “clouds” where light fixtures had to be suspended. Coordination between the architect and owner was paramount. In addition, the main switchgear feeders required 4 runs of 13 conduits each. Underground coordination was completed using in-house BIM modeling.
