Services Provided:

Arc flash study, electrical engineering consultation, designed lighting layout, complete lighting drawing set, voltage drop calculations, designed inverter system for emergency fixtures, fuse/breaker coordination.

First Quality will open a new tissue/towel plant at this former Shaw Industries facility in Anderson County, S.C.

Our engineers provided a full engineered lighting design package for the new manufacturing facility expansion over 1.2 million square feet. Not only was this engineered lighting layout butit also providing electrical single-lines inside of a complete electrical design package. What’s unique about this design package was its multiple areas with fixtures 500+ feet away from lighting panel. This presented unique voltage drop challenges that we solved while minimizing the amount of wiring upsizing needed. Sizing invertor to feed all emergency fixtures.

We are currently in the process of installation of this design and are grateful to be a part of a project like this from start to finish.
