16 months, 3 project managers, 6 superintendents – and a thoroughly committed, skilled Eldeco team brought Boeing’s Final Assembly Building to life in Charleston.

Eldeco provided design-build or design-assist services and full electrical installation including power distribution, lighting, and connections to major components for six buildings on Boeing’s Charleston campus:

  • 88-19 787 Aft-Body Facility
  • 88-20 787 Mid-Body Facility
  • 88-21 Training Facility/HUB
  • 88-22 787 Paint Facility
  • 88-30 787 Final Assembly Building
  • 88-188 787 Decorative Paint Building

Eldeco committed more than 500,000 man hours to the Final Assembly Building alone, completing the project in 16 months.
