Complete electrical package for new Arthrex facility in SC
The Arthrex AMI site in Pendleton, SC opened in 2019 and includes a 250,000 square foot surgical device manufacturing facility and a 40,000 square foot operations facility.
Eldeco provided a full electrical installation, with prefabrication of a number of components, including:
- four 600KW Generators with a 4000A parallel switchgear
- five utility transformer feeders
- two 3000A switchboard and one 4000A switchboard
- fire alarm system
- 97 power panels
- 460 feet of 4000A bus duct
- 315 feet of 3000A bus duct
- 2700 feet of 1000A bus duct
- 26 transformers
- 64 surge suppressors
- 6000 ft fiber optic duct bank
- 4000 light fixtures
- site lighting
- lighting control system
- fire pump house
- 11 manhole vaults
