We are committed to safety
Safety Program
Safety is the single most important aspect of any construction project. We are committed to following the Four Pillars of Success in Safety:
II. Safety Management System: Our approach to Success in Safety Starts with the following Nine Steps as defined by the National Safety Council:
• Organizational communications and system documentation
• Assessments, audits and continuous improvement
• Hazard recognition, evaluation and control
• Workplace design and engineering
• Operational safety and health programs
• Employee involvement
• Motivation, behavior and attitudes
• Training and orientation
III. Risk Reduction: We believe Risk can be reduced to a manageable state during all levels of project execution, but early identification is what sets us apart. Each project will have a thorough Safety Risk Register created so that we can plan for and adjust accordingly in advance of execution in the field.
IV. Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement: While Lagging Indicators like Total Recordable Incident Rate and Experience Modifier Rates are still relevant in our industry, we believe our success will come from our ability to identify “Key Leading Indicators” on each project across the company. Those “Key Leading Indicators” are defined as “Actions taken in advance of Accidents” i.e. Safety Audit/ Inspection Frequency and Scores, Safety Sampling, Pre-Task Planning Quality, and overall Quality Training Hours committed. From this information, we will be able to review and adjust throughout work execution.
We are committed to relationships
