I started at Eldeco 28 years ago as an Electrician and eventually moved into my current role in Safety. I’ve learned a lot over the years and had many opportunities in this family environment that supported and invested in me. I’m thankful I can give back by mentoring people and watching them develop their skills and leadership.
For me, it’s all about the people – that’s the legacy I want to leave.

In my almost 15 years with Eldeco, I’ve felt like I was part of a family. The culture at Eldeco has always been supportive and encouraging. The team at Eldeco has always been there to help me along in my career and give me the opportunities to become who I am today. I have enjoyed having the opportunity to learn and grow with Eldeco, and be a part of company who cares for their team as much as they do.
Being able to take what I have learned, pass that on to people new to the field, and help them in their path has become a great passion and joy for me. I look forward to many more years and seeing what the future holds.
